Shanghai Moriseal Advanced Material Technology Co.,LTD. is located in the Lingang New Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The company's office area covers approximately 1000m², and its factory manufacturing area is about 8000m². In addition to conventional manufacturing areas and dust-free clean manufacturing areas, the company is also equipped with multiple functional zones such as a R&D laboratory, a quality inspection center, and a warehouse.

Moriseal has a long-term layout of the entire industry chain and the construction of its own processing capabilities,and has obtained ISO9001,ISO14001,and ISO45001 management system certifications.With the expansion of the third phase of the factory building,the high standard production area exceeds 8000m². The cleaning,quality inspection,packaging and other processes of finished products are all carried out in the high standard clean rooms,meeting the demands of the industry.

Moriseal has established a fully functional research and development laboratory, equipped with multiple material characterization and performance testing equipment,such as EDX,FTIR, ICP-MS, GC-MS,and Plasma Etching Evaluation Platform. The laboratory has a high-level clean rooms and can conduct corresponding precise analysis experiments on materials.

Moriseal has a leading professional R&D team,including experts in chemical engineering,polymer materials,physics,mechanical design,and other fields. All of these resources are devoted into the development of high-end FFKM raw material and parts for semiconductor industry.

    A low-temperature resistant perfluoroelastomer composition and preparation method thereof

    By introducing flexible ether bonds and PTFE particle structures into perfluoroether rubber, combined with vulcanization treatment, the problems of insufficient low-temperature resistance and mechanical strength of perfluoroether rubber are solved, and a low-temperature resistance perfluoroether elastomer composition suitable for advanced semiconductor processes was prepared.

    Method for passivating end group of fluoroelastomer

    By passivating the fluoroelastomer after liquid or supercritical fluid devolatilization, the obtained fluoroelastomer has less volatile components; by controlling the concentration of the passivation medium and the passivation time so as to control and adjust the end group passivation degree or the end group stabilization degree, the passivated fluoroelastomer has good process-ability and storage stability, and does not change color when in contact with a high-temperature and oxidation environment during the subsequent processing and using processes; and in addition, partial active end groups are used for secondary vulcanization to form a network structure, such that the mechanical performance is good, the compression set is low, and a product of the fluoroelastomer can be applied to the manufacturing process of a high-cleanliness semiconductor.

    Fisheye"-free perfluoropolyether elastomer composition and preparation method therefor

    The method uses coprecipitation of the perfluoropolyether elastomer and the PFA emulsion having the core-shell structures to improve the overall compatibility of the emulsion; in addition, PTFE being dispersed in the perfluoropolyether elastomer and the PFA emulsion improves the performance of the perfluoropolyether elastomer composition.
